VISIT TO CORROUR STATION AUG 17TH 09


Dennis Hardley photography were commissioned to take pictures of this very remote west highland station which is only accessible by train (4 stops from Fort William) Featured in the film "Train Spotting" it sits at an elevation of 1338 ft. Its on the line between Mallaig and Glasgow which is one of the most scenic lines in the world.The views from the train as it passes Loch Treig and Glen Spean are magnificent.Here is the 156 Sprinter service from Fort William at the station at 12.30pm
